This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for a Sarrafi subscription. It applies to all subscription payments made online through our payment provider, Wayl. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.
01 Subscriptions & billing
- Sarrafi is offered as a paid subscription. Your subscription activates as soon as your payment is confirmed by Wayl.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (for example, monthly or yearly).
- All prices are shown before you confirm payment. Applicable taxes or fees, if any, are added at checkout.
02 Refund eligibility
If you are a new subscriber and you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided the request meets the conditions below.
A refund may be granted when:
- The request is made within 14 days of the initial charge.
- You were charged in error, charged more than once, or charged after a cancellation took effect.
- A confirmed payment did not result in your subscription being activated and the issue cannot be resolved.
- A material defect prevents you from using the core service and our team is unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
03 Non-refundable items
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Renewal charges after the first 14-day window, once the new period has begun.
- Partial or unused periods after you cancel an active subscription (you keep access until the period ends).
- Requests caused by failure to cancel before an automatic renewal, except where required by law.
- Any third-party fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
04 How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us with the following information:
- The email and business name on your Sarrafi account.
- The Wayl transaction reference or the date and amount of the charge.
- A short description of the reason for your request.

05 How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued through Wayl back to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Refunds are made in the original currency of the transaction.
- Once approved, the refund is typically processed within 7–14 business days. The time for the funds to appear depends on Wayl and your bank or card issuer.
06 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s billing settings. When you cancel:
- You keep access to the system until the end of the current paid period.
- Your subscription will not renew or be charged again after that period.
- Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period unless you also qualify under section 2.
07 Failed & duplicate charges
If a payment fails, your subscription will not activate and you will not be charged. If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription, contact us with the transaction details and we will verify with Wayl and refund any duplicate charge in full.
08 Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
